In India, employment opportunities for differently-abled individuals remain limited due to societal stigma, despite their capabilities. This project explored the perceptions, challenges, and opportunities related to integrating differently-abled people into the workforce. Collaborating with a team of four, I conducted in-depth research into companies employing visually impaired individuals, analyzing customer, employer, and industry perspectives. Our findings informed the design of Itsability, an inclusive job networking platform aimed at bridging gaps through career counseling, mentorship, and job placement while leveraging technology to promote awareness and efficiency​.
